Welcome to Photobooth Goa. By using our website, making an enquiry, confirming a booking, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.
1. Introduction
Photobooth Goa provides photobooth and event experience services for weddings, parties, corporate events, birthdays, private functions, and other celebrations in Goa and nearby locations.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers who visit our website, enquire about our services, make payments, or book any service from Photobooth Goa.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our website or booking our services, the customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate event, contact, and billing information
- Confirm the event date, time, venue, and service requirements before booking
- Make payments as per the agreed terms
- Ensure proper space, power supply, and access at the event venue
- A 230VAC Power supply socket connection must be made available at the location
- Inform us in advance about venue restrictions, permissions, or timing limitations
- Use our services in a lawful and respectful manner
- Avoid damaging photobooth equipment, props, backdrops, or accessories
The customer will be responsible for any damage caused to Photobooth Goa equipment due to misuse, negligence, or misconduct by guests or event attendees.
3. Products and Services
Photobooth Goa offers event-related services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Photobooth setup
- Digital Mirror Photobooth
- DSLR Photobooth
- 360 Video Booth
- Audio Guest Book
- Video Guest Book
- Retro Booth
- High Angle Photobooth
- Instant photo printing
- Customized photo templates
- Props and accessories
- Event add-ons and related services
Service inclusions may vary depending on the package selected by the customer. The final service details will be confirmed through quotation, invoice, WhatsApp, email, or written confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are based on the selected service, package, event location, event duration, customization requirements, and availability.
Payment terms may include:
- Advance payment of 75% is required to confirm the booking.
- Balance payment before or on the event date
- Additional charges for extra hours, custom requirements, travel, waiting time, or last-minute changes
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received. Photobooth Goa reserves the right to cancel or release an unconfirmed booking if payment is not made within the agreed timeline.
Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, cards, or other approved payment methods available on the website. Once payments are carried out kindly send us the screenshot or transaction details of the payments carried out.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Photobooth Goa primarily provides event-based services and does not usually ship physical products.
For event services, “delivery” refers to the setup and execution of the booked service at the customer’s event venue. Our team will arrive at the venue as per the agreed schedule, subject to venue access, permissions, traffic, weather, and other practical conditions.
In case any physical items, prints, albums, digital files, or event-related materials are to be delivered after the event, the timeline and method of delivery will be communicated separately to the customer.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event that the client decides to cancel the event for any reason, Then Photobooth Goa (WHN NEXT) shall be entitled to retain 50% of the Advance amount. Notice of cancellation of the event must be sent via email to [email protected] by the client. If such cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the date of the event, the full Advance amount will be retained. If the client has paid the total fee upfront – the same terms apply. If the client decides, for any reason, to postpone or change the date of the event, official email must be sent to [email protected]
In order for us to consider accommodating the new event date at the original price, we must be informed of the new date within 30 days of the notice of the date change; the new date must be no more than 12 months after the original event date; and the decision whether to accommodate the new date is subject to the availability. Photobooth Goa shall be entitled to retain the non-refundable, non-transferable fee (50% of the total booking) regardless of when the written notice is given.
If we cannot accommodate the new date or the written notice of date change is made by the client less than 30 days before the event date, the client shall be responsible for the remaining balance of the total fee.The decision to provide our services for a postponed or rescheduled event by the client is subject to the Availability of our Photobooth.
Incase of any Refunds agreed, the time frame will be a minimum of 30 days from the agreed date. The Transfers will only be made via Bank transactions with an Indian Bank account. Gpay will also be used as optional for refund transfer. The bank account details, Gpay details must be provided by the client.
7. Event Delays and Venue Issues
Punctuality: The service provider will strive to adhere strictly to the agreed-upon time frame.
Minor Delays: Minor delays of up to 30 minutes may be understandable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Excessive Delays: Delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in additional charges.
Extended Service: If the client requires an extension of the service by one hour, an additional fee of INR 5,000 will be applicable.
8. Technical Issues
Worst case scenario – Incase due to technical error (Worst of the worst Case) the Photobooth Goa is unable to perform its regular service at the event, Then we would try with the Regular photo booth with DSLR Camera to shoot photos. The print outs shall be given.
In case we are unable to use the photo booth due to technical reasons, then a refund of 100% shall be given to the client within a period of 30 days from the event.
9. Limitation of Liability
Photobooth Goa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of business, loss of data, event disruption, emotional distress, or loss caused by factors beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that particular service.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Photobooth Goa website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, service names, templates, and branding, belongs to Photobooth Goa or its respective owners.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any website content, branding, or design material without prior written permission.
Event photos, videos, and media captured during services may be used by Photobooth Goa for portfolio, social media, marketing, or promotional purposes unless the customer requests privacy in writing before the event.
11. Data Usage and Privacy
The Digital Data (content, photographs and videos) clicked by the Photobooth Goa will be stored on our Digital cloud for a period of 3 months. This digital data may be used for promotional purposes on social media, websites or other ad forms of WHN Next platforms. In case the client does not want to publish the digital content on our social media handles, prior information has to be provided. In case data is requested by the client, a google drive link will be shared for the client to access which will be available for 3 months only.
12. Force Majeure
Photobooth Goa shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, road closures, power failure, illness, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, we will try to provide a suitable alternative, reschedule the service, or mutually resolve the matter based on the situation.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Photobooth Goa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website. Continued use of the website or services means the customer accepts the updated terms.
